Phelps for Judge (“the Campaign,” “we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect. When you sign up on our website, donate, volunteer, or attend an event, we may collect your name, email address, mailing address, ZIP code, phone number, and contribution information. Contribution information is collected and reported as required by North Carolina campaign finance law.

How we use it. We use your information to send campaign updates, event invitations, volunteer opportunities, and donation requests; to comply with legal reporting requirements; and to improve our outreach.

Text messaging. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, provided that the foregoing does not apply to sharing (1) with vendors, consultants, and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf (and who will not use such information for their own purposes); or (2) if we believe disclosure is required by any applicable law, rule, or regulation, or to comply with law enforcement or legal process. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
